The Vishay TCMT4100 is a 4-channel SMD (SMT) transistor output optocoupler that has an isolation voltage of 3750Vrms. It is a perfect fit for industrial, communications, and networking applications. The device has a forward voltage of 1.25V, a Vce saturation of 300mV, and a maximum output voltage of 70V. The switching turn-on and turn-off time is 6μs and 5μs, respectively, while the rise and fall time is 3μs and 4.7μs, respectively.
