Description

The Vishay TCMT4100 is a 4-channel SMD (SMT) transistor output optocoupler that has an isolation voltage of 3750Vrms. It is a perfect fit for industrial, communications, and networking applications. The device has a forward voltage of 1.25V, a Vce saturation of 300mV, and a maximum output voltage of 70V. The switching turn-on and turn-off time is 6μs and 5μs, respectively, while the rise and fall time is 3μs and 4.7μs, respectively. It also has a continuous forward current of 60mA and a channel output current of 50mA. The minimum DC current transfer ratio is 50% at 5mA, while the maximum DC current transfer ratio is 600% at 5mA. The device is halogen-free and complies with the ECCN EAR99. Its estimated EOL date is 2025.
